Ingredients
Topping
- Granulated Sugar 1 cup
- All-Purpose Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Milk ¾ cup
- Unsalted Butter ½ cup
Filling
- Sliced Peaches 2 1/2 cups
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Vanilla 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
Cook It
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and milk in a bowl.
- In your skillet melt butter until it browns.
- Pour above mixture into the skillet onto the melted butter. Do not stir.
- Mix the fruit, cinnamon and vanilla together.
- Place the fruit topping over the top of the batter. Do not mix.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Slice and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
