Ingredients
- Chickpeas 1 x 14 oz can, drained
- Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
- Tahini 3 Tbs
- Garlic 1 small clove, chopped
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin ½ tsp
- Warm Water ¼ cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling
- Sumac 1-2 tsp
Make it
- Reserve a few whole chickpeas for garnish.
- Place the remaining chickpeas in food processor along with the lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, cumin and water. Process until smooth.
- Scrape the hummus into a serving dish and top with a generous drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with sumac. Garnish with the reserved chickpeas.
