A refreshing drink on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- Limes 2
- Mint Leaves a small bunch
- Ginger 1“ piece, peeled and coarsely chopped
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Ice Cubes to serve
Mix It
- Using a sharp knife, remove skin and white pith from the limes.
- Combine limes, mint leaves, ginger, sugar, and 2 cups water in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses over ice.
