Salmon Tiradito

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

  • Salmon 8 oz, sushi grade
  • Limes juice of 2
  • Aji Amarillo Paste 1 Tbs
  • Fresh Hot Red Chile 1, seeded and thinly sliced
  • Fresh Ginger grated, 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cilantro chopped, 2 Tbs

Cook It

  1. Slice the salmon as thinly as possible and lay on a plate.
  2. Whisk together all other ingredients except the cilantro.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fish, garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
