Lubbock’s tart and sparkling signature cocktail, with just three ingredients. Local legend says Dr Chilton instructed the bartender at the Lubbock Country Club to mix the juice of two lemons with vodka and club soda. It’s as dry and refreshing as Lubbock itself.

- Lemons juice from 2

Mix It
- Salt the rim of a cocktail glass. Add ice. Pour in the vodka and lemon juice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
