The Franburger is served at Gaby Brasserie Francaise, the outstanding brasserie and bar at the Sofitel New York Hotel. Gaby is the place to be seen and the place to enjoy French food. The Franburger was created by Executive Chef Sylvain Harribey – winner of Food Network’s Chopped. The Fran is an Angus burger topped with melted brie, tomato and romaine lettuce served on a crispy sourdough baguette with a side of caramelized onions and piment d’Espelette aioli and French fries.
