Delicious seafood is one of the best things to eat in the Riviera Maya and when it is super fresh, no cooking is required.
Ingredients
- White Fish 150 g, diced
- Raw Shrimp 150 g, chopped
- Roma Tomatoes 3, diced
- Red Onion 1/2, diced
- Cucumber peeled, seeded & chopped, ½ cup
- Serrano Chiles 3, deseeded & finely chopped
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves and Stems chopped, 1 cup
- Limes 2-3, juiced
- Orange 1, juiced
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tsp
- Avocado 1, sliced
Make It
- Place the diced fish and shrimp in a non-reactive bowl. Add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, chile and red onion.
- Pour the citrus juices over the mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with slices of avocado.
- Serve immediately.
