n October 15, 2015 Visa Infinite Privilege hosted a magical dining event featuring a quartet of Canada’s leading chefs.

Vikram Vij of Vancouver’s Vij’s, Rangoli and My Shanti, brought his fragrant Indian curries to Calgary, joining with the meat-obsessed Connie DeSousa and John Jackson of CHARCUT Roast House and Paul Rogalski of the garden-to-table Rouge for a celebration of all things savoury and spicy, paired with inventive cocktails and interesting wines.
