Two young chefs create an enchanting restaurant in the middle of the jungle near Tulum. No walls, no electricity, a roof of stars, and everything freshly cooked in a wood-fired oven and grill. Simple flavourings — honeys, herbs, chiles, their own pickles and roasted oils. Rustic, mouth-watering desserts. Enticing drinks, 12 different juices handmade each day, to showcase various kinds of mezcal.

Werner and Henry are in harmony with their surroundings, and the unique Mayan culture.
