It’s easy to drink a lot of beer when the weather is really hot but this popular cocktail really quenches a thirst.
- Mexican Lager 1 x 12 oz bottle, well chilled
- Tomato Juice 8 oz, well chilled
- Fresh Lime Juice 2 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce ½ tsp
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Coarse Salt for garnish
- Lime Wedges 2, for garnish
- Wet the rims of two 16 oz glasses and dip them in coarse salt.
- Divide the tomato juice and lime juice equally between the glasses.
- Add ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of hot sauce to each glass, stir well and top up with beer.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime.
