Aperol Spritz

Serves 1

The quintessential Italian aperitif, as made by mixologist Ranjula Wickrama at the boutique hotel Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni 1 in Florence. 

Ingredients

  • Prosecco 100 ml
  • Aperol 50 ml
  • Soda 20 ml
  • Orange 1 wedge
  • Ice

Mix it

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add prosecco and Aperol
  3. Top with a splash of soda.
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge.
