Cholula hot sauce takes its name from the town of the same name in Puebla. It is the oldest still-inhabited city in Mexico. Here is adds an appropriately regional kick to a classic cocktail.
Ingredients
- Mezcal 1¾ Tbs
- Tomato Juice ½ cup
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
- Cholula Hot Sauce a dash, or more to taste
- Lime Wedge for garnish
Mix It
- Rim a glass with seasoned salt and fill with ice.
- Add the mezcal, then top up with tomato juice.
- Add the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir. Add as many dashes of hot sauce as you like.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
