This is THE Mojito.
THE Mojito
- sugar 1 tsp
- Lime 1 zest and juice
- Fresh Mint 2 sprigs
- White Rum 3 oz
- Soda Water To top up
Using a muddler or the wrong end of a wooden spoon, mash the sugar, lime zest and juice with one sprig of mint in a highball glass. Add ice cubes and rum. Top up with soda water and stir. Garnish with the other sprig of mint and if you have more limes, add some slices.
