Cinefolia Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Perro de San Juan Mezcal 1¾ oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
  • Sage Syrup ¾ oz
  • Whipped Egg Whites 1/3 oz
  • Fresh Sage Leaves for garnish (optional)

Mix It

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve.
