Ingredients
- Perro de San Juan Mezcal 1¾ oz
- Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
- Sage Syrup ¾ oz
- Whipped Egg Whites 1/3 oz
- Fresh Sage Leaves for garnish (optional)
Mix It
- Combine ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with fresh leaves and serve.
